AI-driven power trading agent – technical proof of concept completed
Over the past weeks, we have completed a technical proof of concept (PoC) using our AI-driven power trading agent on a Norwegian flexible hydropower asset.
The PoC confirms that the agent reflects the market environment well, makes consistent trading decisions across day-ahead, intraday, and balancing markets, and learns from its own actions over time.
This marks an important validation step, with live testing as the next milestone in January 2026, as we develop scalable AI-based trading and decision-support capabilities for the Nordic power markets
