We have signed a term sheet for the acquisition of a Swedish BESS developer with a significant portfolio of fully permitted, grid-connected sites. The transaction will transform Gnist from a Norwegian hybrid operator into a Nordic platform with operational capacity from day one.

Integration is sequenced to protect execution quality: existing Norwegian projects progress on plan, the Swedish portfolio adds ready-to-build capacity, and Gnist Markets AI extends to the combined fleet as each asset energises.
